Icon International provided production services for a series of executive interviews with the senior leadership team at CELSA Group, one of Europe’s leading steel manufacturers. Filmed at the company’s flagship production facility in Castellbisbal, the project featured interviews with Chairman Rafael Villaseco Marco, CEO Jordi Cazorla Pujalte and executive Álvaro Fabián, alongside supporting industrial footage captured throughout the plant.
Ahead of filming, our team carried out a detailed location assessment across the facility, identifying interview settings that balanced safety requirements, acoustics, lighting and visual impact while reflecting the scale and innovation of the company’s operations. The production was filmed using a two-camera setup, combining cinematic interviews with dynamic handheld and B-roll footage to create a polished visual record of the leadership team.
Working in partnership with Crews Control, Icon supplied the Director of Photography, second camera operator, interview lighting package, camera support equipment and on-the-ground production logistics, ensuring an efficient production within a live industrial environment.
