Working alongside the event schedule, we transformed a conference room into a fully equipped interview studio, creating a professional filming environment just moments from the main congress.
Our team supplied the Director of Photography, sound recordist, cameras, lighting and all production equipment, managing the studio throughout the event while coordinating a continuous schedule of interviews with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Designed to deliver broadcast-quality content within a live conference environment, the production combined technical precision with an efficient, unobtrusive workflow—allowing interviews to be captured seamlessly while the event continued around them.
