Fulwell Entertainment travelled to Madrid to film sequences with Luis Figo and Ronaldo Nazário for Galácticos, a documentary exploring some of football’s biggest names. Working alongside the UK production team, Icon International provided comprehensive local production support to help deliver an efficient one-day shoot.
Before production began, we sourced a football training facility close to the players’ homes, reducing travel time and allowing the production to maximise valuable filming hours. Alongside location scouting, we coordinated local logistics, supplied grip and lighting equipment and arranged camera support. The local crew supplied by Icon included the fixer, camera assistant, interpreter and talent PA who worked alongside Fulwell’s visiting production team.
By combining practical production expertise with local knowledge, Icon helped create a streamlined filming environment, allowing the documentary team to focus on capturing the stories at the heart of the project.
