As part of PTC’s global CEO Roadshow, Icon International partnered with Crews Control to provide production services for the Barcelona leg of the company’s worldwide leadership transition programme. Our team documented the visit of outgoing CEO Jim Heppelmann and incoming CEO Neil Barua, producing both photography and video content for PTC’s internal communications, employer branding and corporate marketing initiatives.
The production extended beyond event coverage to create a comprehensive visual library of PTC’s Barcelona office. Alongside filming the CEO Town Hall, we captured authentic workplace interactions, collaborative environments and employee portraits designed to showcase the company’s culture, technology and people. The resulting content was created for use across employee communications, recruitment campaigns, websites and promotional materials, contributing to a consistent visual identity across PTC’s global offices.
Working discreetly within an active office environment, Icon combined cinematic production values with an efficient documentary-style approach, delivering a diverse library of imagery while allowing the day’s business and leadership events to unfold naturally.
