During Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Icon International partnered with Crews Control to provide production services for VMware, supporting the creation of a broad range of content across four days of the event. Working closely with VMware’s global content strategy team, the production captured executive presentations, interviews, product demonstrations and conference activity for use across the company’s worldwide communications channels.
Operating with a two-camera workflow, our team filmed throughout the exhibition while adapting to a dynamic conference schedule that evolved across multiple days. In addition to production on site, Icon delivered post-production support, helping transform the footage into a library of content tailored for VMware’s marketing, communications and digital platforms.
Combining flexible production workflows with experienced local crew, Icon enabled VMware to maximise its presence at one of the technology industry’s most important annual events, creating high-quality content efficiently within the fast-paced environment of Mobile World Congress.
